These terms and conditions apply when you use webslicesdigital.com or hire Webslices Digital, a digital marketing agency in Bangalore, for any service. By using our website or working with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
“We”, “us” and “our” mean Webslices Digital, Mannat 50, Ground Floor, 3rd Main Road, Narayan Abode Layout, Kumbalgodu, Kengeri, Kambipura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560074. “You” and “client” mean the person or business using our website or services.
2. Our Services
We offer SEO services, Google My Business and local SEO, Google Ads and PPC, social media marketing and website development. See all our digital marketing services.
The exact work, timeline and price for your project are set out in the written plan, proposal or quote we share with you. If anything in your proposal is different from these terms, the proposal applies for that project.
3. Quotes, Plans and Changes
Our free audit and first consultation come with no obligation. Before any paid work starts, we send you a written plan or quote. Work begins only after you approve it.
If you want to add new work or change the scope later, we will tell you if it affects the price or timeline and get your approval before going ahead.
4. Payments
- You agree to pay our fees as shown in your quote or invoice, by the due date on the invoice.
- Monthly services, such as SEO, social media or ads management, are billed as agreed in your plan.
- Website projects may need an advance payment before work starts, as stated in your quote.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is cleared.
5. Ad Budgets and Third-Party Costs
Money spent on Google Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads or other platforms is your ad budget. It is paid directly by you to those platforms and is separate from our management fee. Costs for things like domain names, hosting, premium plugins, themes, stock images or paid tools are also separate, unless your quote says they are included.
Your ad and business accounts are created in your name and belong to you. We work on them as your manager.
6. Your Responsibilities
To get good results, we need your help. You agree to:
- Give us correct information about your business, products and offers
- Share the access we need, such as your website, Google Business Profile or ad accounts
- Send content like text, photos and logos on time, and reply to approvals quickly
- Make sure any content you give us does not break copyright or any law
- Follow the rules of Google, Meta and other platforms for your industry
Delays in sharing content or approvals can delay your project timeline.
7. No Guaranteed Rankings or Results
We always work honestly and follow best practices, including Google Search Essentials. But search engines and social platforms control their own results. No agency can guarantee a No.1 ranking, a fixed number of leads or a set amount of sales. Any estimates we share are based on our experience and are not promises.
We are also not responsible for changes made by Google, Meta or other platforms, such as algorithm updates, policy changes, ad rejections or account suspensions.
8. Ownership of Work
Once you have paid for a project in full, the website design, content and creative work we make specifically for you belong to you. Items made by others, such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software, stay under their own licences.
We may show your project in our portfolio or case studies, unless you ask us in writing not to.
9. Confidentiality and Privacy
We keep your business information, logins and data private and use them only to do your work. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Ending a Service
You can stop an ongoing monthly service by telling us in writing, with the notice period stated in your plan. You will pay for the work done up to the end date. We will hand over your accounts, access and files that belong to you. We may also end a service if payments are not made or if these terms are broken.
11. Use of Our Website
The content, text, graphics and logos on webslicesdigital.com belong to Webslices Digital. You may read and share our pages, but you may not copy, sell or reuse our content without permission. Please do not try to harm, hack or misuse the website, or send spam through our forms.
Information on our website and blog is for general guidance only. It is not legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.
12. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for any indirect loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from our services or our website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question in the three months before the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to a project are the ones in place when you approved it, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith. If it cannot be solved, it will be handled by the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

No. Only Google controls its results, so no honest agency can guarantee a No.1 rank. We promise honest work, steady progress and clear monthly reports.
Who pays for the ad budget on Google or Meta?
You do, directly to Google, Meta or the ad platform. The ad budget is separate from our management fee, and your ad accounts stay in your name.
Who owns my website after it is built?
Once you pay for the project in full, the design and content we create for you belong to you. Themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.
